know exactly what you’re getting into before taking it. know the consequences, your own limits, and recognize your reasons for taking it.

personally, I drink and smoke out of leisure. there was a point when I wanted to drink to forget, and that’s never positive. I don’t want to be a hypocrite and say that you shouldn’t try it in the first place, just be careful.
